红毛丹豆浆蔗厘--Rambutan Soya Bean Jelly

.今早发现后车厢有本食谱是张莉婵的《马来西亚风味菜》,
我家婆的食谱书

想那老人家已经忘了在车厢沉睡多年的食谱书了吧!,
好奇翻开食谱看,
hey...有很多好料!!!
捡到宝了^^
突然间手痒想做食谱里的这道甜点,
好久没吃燕菜了,
常看到FB里的烘焙达人做的燕菜让我口水直流...


材料
(A)
糖..........300g
燕菜粉..3tsps
水..........896ml

(B)
豆浆水(无糖)...1344ml
红毛丹...................1 can
煎多.......................1cup

1.将(A)料煮至糖溶化,熄火待冷。
2.加入(B)料然后倒入模型内,待凝结后放入冰箱至进食。

Ingredients
(A)
sugar....300g
agar-agar powder...3tsps
water...896ml

(B)
soya bean juice (no sugar added)...1344ml
rambutan...1 can
cendol...1 cup

Method
1)Boil (A) until sugar dissolved, remove from heat and stir until lukewarm.
2)Add in (B) and pour into mould. Let it set and keep inrefrigetor until serve.
